Private and luxury bungalow in a very popular location with Hot Tub (additional charge) and free Wi Fi. 1 minute walk to the beach and perfectly located to a pool (heated in Winter). Tapas Bar (excellent and reasonably priced in our opinion). Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, but far enough away to be secluded, private and quiet. There is no need to hire a car, as you can get to everything you need. The bungalows are close to shops if you want to buy provisions.  The property is licensed as VV accomodation and legal for tourism.

Casa Coleen is surrounded by high walls and has been completely refurbished recently. It has two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room, and has a separate shower room. It has a lounge with UK TV with large flat screen TV and comfortable couches. The villa is fully equiped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and everything for a self-catering holiday. Shower rooms have been completely renovated to an extremely high standard, as has the rest of the property, with no expense spared.

There is an L-shaped patio wrapped around the property with an outside dining and barbeque with sun loungers and also a separate lounge area with cane furniture.

All in all this villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday, set in a ideal location to see the many sights Lanzarote has to offer, or just for a relaxing getaway to chill out!

It comes as no surprise that many of our guests return year upon year.
